Our story
RecordMeeting started as a simple Chrome extension to record Google Meet calls without needing a paid Workspace subscription or host permission. What began as a tool to solve a personal frustration grew into a full meeting intelligence platform used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.
Today RecordMeeting records calls across Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp. Every recording produces a searchable transcript, AI-generated summary, and action items. Notes sync automatically to Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, and your Google Calendar.
We are part of Qualtir, a Google Cloud Partner building productivity tools for Google Workspace. Our products are ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant. We take data privacy seriously because our users trust us with sensitive business conversations.
