Install the RecordMeeting Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. Sign in with your Google account when prompted. It's free to start and no credit card is required.

Record your Teams meeting
Join the Teams call in your browser and click the RecordMeeting button to start recording. No bot joins the call.

Wait for the transcript to process
When you leave the call, the recording uploads and the transcript is generated automatically with OpenAI Whisper. Most meetings are ready within a few minutes.
