Automatic meeting transcription turns the spoken audio of a call into searchable text without any manual upload. RecordMeeting records the meeting in the browser and runs AI transcription on the same pipeline, so the transcript appears in your workspace minutes after the call ends.
For a standard business meeting with clear audio and two to four speakers, accuracy is above 95%. The result is ready to share without editing in most cases. Calls with heavy background noise, strong regional accents or rapid speaker switching will have lower accuracy.

Transcripts are stored in your private RecordMeeting workspace, protected by encryption in transit and at rest. Your text is not used to train third-party AI models. Delete any transcript from the workspace and it is removed from every storage layer immediately.
