Frequently asked questions

How long does transcription take?

Most meetings are transcribed within a few minutes of the recording finishing. A 60-minute call typically takes 2–5 minutes depending on system load.

Does it handle accents and noisy audio?

Whisper handles a wide range of accents reasonably well. Heavy background noise, very strong accents, and overlapping speakers reduce accuracy as they would for any speech-to-text model.

Can I edit the transcript after the fact?

Yes. The in-app transcript viewer lets you correct errors before sharing or exporting.

What about live transcription during the call?
